[Patentcenter] Documents Not Marking as Viewed

Is anyone else having issues with outgoing correspondence not being marked as viewed? It started happening for me partway through processing docketing yesterday. I've tried downloading things individually, as a group, in Chrome, and in Edge.   I also got e-postcard notifications today for 1/31 correspondence that had all been viewed 1/31.
