[Patentcenter] Yet Another Patent Center Bug?

I have the same situation. I retired from a law firm, and they removed me from their customer number. Nevertheless, that customer number appears in my Patent Center > Manage > Manage Customer Numbers. If I click on the customer number, 13 attorneys are listed, but none of them is me. Similarly, Patent Center > Workbench > View Correspondence shows me USPTO correspondence to the law firm.
Best regards,
George

Subject: [Patentcenter] Yet Another Patent Center Bug?
I was at one time listed as a practitioner for Customer Number X. I removed myself from that Customer Number at some time in the past because the firm that set that customer number had not removed my name and I was no longer working with that firm.
I just noticed today that Customer Number X is still listed when I go to ‘Manage>Manage customer numbers’ in Patent Center.
When I click on Customer Number X, it brings up a list of 11 practitioners, none of which are me. So I am not listed under that Customer Number X.
I am able to filter for applications listed under Customer Number X and it shows me those applications, although all of the applications are now public, so I am not seeing any private information. I have reason to believe that there are no other applications assigned to Customer Number X other than those shown, so I have no way of knowing if I would be blocked from seeing pre-publication information for applications assigned to Customer Number X.
Bottom Line: I have been removed from a customer number but still seem to have full access to the applications assigned to that customer number.
