[Patentcenter] Yet Another Patent Center Bug?

This may be happening because you are still sponsoring patent support staff
from that firm. This is very bad because you may not be blocked from seeing
pre-publication information from applications assigned to customer number
X. You need to see if you are still sponsoring staff from that firm and if
so, remove sponsorship immediately. As you noted, it is not enough to be
removed from the customer number, you also need to unlink all
sponsorships.
