Subject: [Patentcenter] Saved assignment submissions SNAFU

Well, I sure am angry.  I started the submission process for 2 assignments on Friday, and sent the links for the saved submissions to the attorney so he could /sign/.  He sent me back an email that it was asking for all kinds of information - what should he do?  Normally, it would take him to the last screen I had been on (and saved), i.e., the signature screen, but now, the signature screen is totally different (see below).  Just boxes for his signature and name, without any options to review the information and attached document.  Just for shizz and giggles, I typed in /DRAFT/ for a signature and "JUST TRYING THIS" for the name and hit Next Screen.  It took me back to the Conveyance screen, and then to the Correspondence Address etc., without any of my previously inputted information showing.

Obviously, I will have to start the submissions all over again, and I'm assuming that any assignment submission between now and the new system coming on-line will be a hit or miss, with mostly misses.  Assignments were the easiest part of the filing process.  Why'd they have to go mess it up???

I'm reminded what SNAFU stands for.  Aargh...
