[Patentcenter] Saved assignment submissions SNAFU

According to yesterday's e-mail, "to improve our digital services and our
customer experience", "to incorporate valuable additional stakeholder
feedback into the system", "to ensure you have the resources you need to
transition to the new system", and "to modernize USPTO systems to enhance
the customer experience".

If anyone fails to appreciate all that enhanced & improved customer
experience, it must be a problem with that particular hard-to-please
customer, not the super-ENHANCED & IMPROVED new experience.


Sorry I don't have any actual advice, only sarcasm.
