[Patentcenter] Outgoing correspondence

[David Boundy]

Time for another letter.   Patent Center Correspondence is working for me
(Sunday morning, 8:20 eastern time -- about 20 minutes after Daniel
Feigelson).  If we're going to write a letter, I need enough details to be
convincing.  If you observed the recent Patent Center outage, can you send
me either a screen shot or a paragraph with whatever details you can summon
up?  How long was the outage?
