[Patentcenter] Try Your Luck - Patent Center Refresh Issue

Thank you for posting.

Yes, I posted a somewhat similar tip a couple of days ago.   I would 
arm-wrestle with Patent Center to no avail.  Then I would select one of 
the other systems that requires logging in.  It does not have to be 
MyUSPTO.  It could be Financial Manager, or Ass Center, or TEAS.  Log 
in.  Then try once again to get Patent Center to behave normally.  And 
fairly often this click path would then give me as much as twenty 
minutes of normal operation of Patent Center.

Eventually, of course, Patent Center would accumulate enough defective 
cookies in my browser, or something like that, or defective state 
information encoded into the URL, and then Patent Center would start 
being weird again.  But at least this click path would sometimes give me 
twenty minutes.
