[Patentcenter] Login Looping

I logged in ok just now using Edge.  Filed a 371 appln (yay).  Noticed two things: The lovely reminder about filing in DOCX and the associated penalty fee showed up on my fee page (for a 371!), and, they took out a useless step when paying fees.  We don’t get the page about paying with the USPTO’s New Payment whatever.  Now it does directly to the payment page.

Does it sound bad that I’m grateful for the little things, when it comes to PatentCenter?  Can’t really hope for more….

I'm also seeing this issue with Patent Center showing me as not logged in after I've clicked the Patent Center link from the main myUSPTO page.

I'm also seeing some VERY annoying behavior around fee payments. For several weeks now, once I hit submit and click the button to pay fees, instead of taking me to the fee payment portion, I've been kicked out to the main Patent Center page. I used to be able to use the browser's back button to get back to the page with the "pay fees" button, and then the button would take me where it was supposed to, but now when I try that, I get the Forbidden message.

When that happens, is there any easy way to pay fees owed without having to go through "existing submissions" in Patent Center and select all of the fees again? I feel like there should be some way to go in and pay fees that I already set up and intended to pay, but I couldn't figure out how to do that.

I'm using the USPTO's favorite browser, the "nobody uses it" browser, Firefox.

Just noticed that after I login, if I select Patent Center, it loops as if I have NOT login yet, with the upper right corner label being  "Sign In". If I click that, it goes back to the login page.

If I select "Certified Copy Center", it shows my order history and my name in the upper right corner, which indicates that I am logged in already. No luck trying to go back to Patent Center from the Certified Copy Center page.

Patent Center Login is looping, ie, after inputting password and app
code, it goes back to the login page, and ask me to login again.

Using newest Safari and Chrome on Mac M3
