[Patentcenter] Login Looping

I just got in with Chrome on Mac. Tried Suzannah's method by repeatedly 
click Signin 😂, one of the click took me directly to my docket without 
asking for login again (somehow popped me out of the login loop). I 
promptly did all the download, upload, payment etc, all that I can think 
of for now. Don't know when I will be allowed in again.

I set all my deadlines at least 2 weeks ahead for fear of a Patent 
Center tantrum. I guess it has some positive effect after all.😛
