[Patentcenter] Ordering Certified Assignments

Anyone else having issues with filed Assignments not coming up in the new Assignment Search even though you have the Notice of Recordation?

I've been trying to order some certified copies for months and even though we got the Notices of Recordation in August, they're still not coming up in the search.

I called about it in early September and was given  line about "oh, it just takes time after the assignment is recorded....".
