[Patentcenter] issue signing into patent center

Hi Colleagues,

I am having issue signing into patent center since last week.

I tried to access patent center after signing into my my.uspto.gov account from a link in my.uspto.gov homepage, but the page asks me to sign in. When I click on the “sign in” link, nothing happens.

I also tried the link https://patentcenter.uspto.gov and the same thing happened.

I contacted EBC but their suggestions do not work.

For the above, I tried multiple browsers, in normal mode with history cleared. I also tried multiple browsers in private browsing mode. None of them works.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
