[Patentcenter] patent crapper offline?

I'm trying to get into p.c., but when I click on the link to p.c. under
"quicklinks", I get nothing, with this in the address part of the browser:
https://patentcenter.uspto.gov/401

Just me?

Of course, the systems status page is all Han Solo - "everything ok, here,
no outages, how are you?"
