[Patentcenter] Help with a special fee

I've had luck just sending a letter and Part B form that was marked up to indicate I just am paying the difference.  I make sure to specify exactly how much I'm paying in the letter and add the language "please apply any unpaid fees or unpaid balance to Attorney Docket XXX".  I don't select any fees at the fee page.

So I have a case where an issue fee was paid of $480.

Then it was withdrawn and another NOA came out.  I asked for the previously paid issue fee to be applied.

Then I receive a notice that I owed another $36, since the new Issue Fee amount is $516.

Now I can't figure out how to pay the $36.

Anyone know how to do that?
