[Patentpractice] USPTO calls on hold ahead of me - WTF

This happens to me all the time.  One time I was on hold for what they said was going to 35 minutes.  It ended up being over an hour and when I finally reached someone to answer my question, they said they would have to get back to me.

When I called, the estimated wait time was 20 minutes… was doing other work while waiting.
It has now been 58 minutes.  Currently 19 calls before me.
I’m hanging up.  Going to send them an email.
