[Patentpractice] PDF forms issue

Is anyone else having trouble typing text into the USPTO's Inventor Declaration form (PTO/AIA/01) in Adobe? I can no longer type the title or inventor's name into the form when I download the form from the USPTO's website - and now can't edit the title or inventor name in Declarations that I previously prepared without issue.  I've checked the properties of the boxes in Adobe and don't see any locks or setting that would prevent editing.

In the screenshot below, you can see that the text option is grayed out.
