[Patentpractice] PDF forms issue

Hi Katherine,

I just tried and was able to type into the fields of a freshly-downloaded
form using Adobe Acrobat.

That said, I had to uninstall and reinstall all Adobe products yesterday
because Acrobat's OCR stopped working for unknown reasons, and their
"customer service" agent was rude and useless. Not a great option, of
course, but if you're truly stuck, it might be worth a try.

Best regards,
Krista
