[Patentpractice] PDF forms issue

Me thinks/suspects that Adobe might be intentionally causing “issues” so that users decide to update their software… which I think they offer subscription only now.

Hence, I’m trying to stick with my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 desktop software for as long as possible.

Hi Katherine,

I just tried and was able to type into the fields of a freshly-downloaded form using Adobe Acrobat.

That said, I had to uninstall and reinstall all Adobe products yesterday because Acrobat's OCR stopped working for unknown reasons, and their "customer service" agent was rude and useless. Not a great option, of course, but if you're truly stuck, it might be worth a try.
