[Patentpractice] Letter to Messrs. Polutta and Stclair about erroneous release of invention titles

Mr. Polutta is the same person who said on February 7 that I would hear 
back in response to my letter about the "DOCX safeguard".  See 
https://blog.oppedahl.com/maybe-uspto-will-clarify-the-docx-safeguard/ 
.  As of today, more than two months have passed and no answer from him 
on the "DOCX safeguard".
