[Patentpractice] USPTO filing of response to Pre-Exam formalities

[Robert S. Smith]

It appears that the USPTO requires:

1) the response must be a pdf and cannot be a docx file and

2) the code DRW as listed on the USPTO Document Description List for black
and white line drawings does not work.

What am I missing?
