[Patentpractice] Over 3 months since 'Dispatch to FDC'

Hi all,

 

I have some cases in which the issue fee is acknowledged as paid but the
'Dispatch to FDC' date is more than 3 months ago. That seems unusually long
to me. 

 

I submitted an online USPTO ombudsman form two weeks ago, but haven't heard
anything yet in response.

 

Who can I reach out to in the USPTO that might help?
