I doubt you need do anything if listed on the ADS correctly.

One can legally handwrite an "X" as their signature and it must be accepted as such.

Though I do see the USPTO being total *sses about it.

If me, I'd let be and if the USPTO rejects it, I'd then respond with a reply saying that's how the inventor signs his name and demand the USPTO point you to the rule that says one's handwritten signature must place the family/last name last.

Dear Group,

I have a chinese national filing an application.  The ADS lists his name correctly,  but he signed last name first and first name last which is their convention.  I am worried that when I file, the declaration will be rejected because the name is signed "backwards."  Do I need to ask the inventor to sign their name "our" way?
