Hijacking Rick's thread because of Carl's comments re: few workers at PTO
in around Xmas/NYD, I filed a 371 application early last February. Recorded
an assignment shortly after and got the assignment recordation email, but
otherwise the only correspondence since then was the "Oops, we may have
published the name of your application" letter that went out in late April.
On December 27, we finally got the filing receipt and request to pay
additional claim fees, the latter signed by one Juelethia A. Palmer. I'm
less surprised about the delay in the issuance of the filing receipt than I
am about the fact that it issued on a Friday, between Xmas and NYD.
