[Patentpractice] filing receipt in national phase application

A big thank you to those dedicated USPTO employees that are manning the
ship between xmas and the new year.

To the young person Dan named in his post, thank you!

And to the young person in Licensing and Review, and the unnamed patent
examiners she worked with to get my client a FF license in the waning days
of 2024 on very short notice, thank you!
