[Patentpractice] Allowed EP patent -- opt between Unified Patent or country-by-country validation?

Pretty sure that in this context, "published in the European Patent
Bulletin" means when the patent is granted, so fees switch over from EPO
fees to the fees for each country and/or UPC fees.
