[Patentpractice] Correction of assignee on 85B?

I would run, not walk, to the phone, and call up the Issue Branch.  I 
would not waste a second trying to communicate about this to anybody in 
any part of the USPTO other than the Issue Branch.


Oh, wait.  Dang it.

The Issue Branch used to have a telephone number.


Now I see that the Issue Branch tries to blow you off and tell you to 
call the "misnamed" Application Assistance Unit.


I am now clicking around to try to find the true phone number for the 
Issue Branch.
