[Patentpractice] Ass Center doesn't find application

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I filed a provisional application 4 days ago and still can't record an Assignment for that application because Ass Center says "No Properties available."  Is this the new normal or is there an issue with the application that I'll need to look into? I see the application in Patent Center, but do see the status is "undergoing preexam processing."  Didn't we used to be able to record an assignment immediately after filing an application?
