I am trying to file an amendment + terminal disclaimer in Patent Center.


But I could not find where to pay the terminal disclaimer fee.  When I first got the “fee” page, I collapsed all the fee dropdown menus that I did not need (“Application Size and Claim Fees”, “Post Allowance/IssuanceFees [sic]”, “Patent Extension of Time Fees”).  So where is the Terminal Disclaimer fee?

Well, I did find it – under  “Post Allowance/IssuanceFees [sic]”.

I consider this a bug, but the Patent Center implementors probably took their guidance from the PTO’s fee schedule<https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/fees-and-payment/uspto-fee-schedule>, where terminal disclaimers (fee code 181/2814/3814) are under “Post issuance fees”.
