[Patentpractice] Kathi Vidal, gone from the USPTO, is still signing and mailing out "Welcome Letters"

I've always found Director Vidal's "Welcome Letters", which she was 
mailing out at multiple stages during the pendency of a US patent 
application, to be annoying for a long list of reasons.

She resigned from the USPTO about a month ago.  And yet today (January 
13) she mailed out yet another of her annoying "Welcome Letters".    
This one accompanied a Filing Receipt.  Here's the signature line from 
today's "Welcome Letter":
