[Patentpractice] Is the PTO still sending "ceremonial" paper copies?

Or is it purely electronic now?

I wish they'd make it a check box -- some clients REALLY want the paper
copy with the red and gold ribbon.  For some it's a nuisance that they
affirmatively do NOT want.  I wish the PTO had asked us...
