Dear List,We need to pay a $2500 fee [approximately $2500 --> not a time extension] for a client, where we usually pay via the client's deposit account. There is $2350 in the deposit account. The client does NOT want to replenish the deposit account- they want to bring it down to zero and close it.
Is there a way for me to pay $2350 using their deposit account, and to then pay the $150 by credit card.
For example, to fax a credit card sheet authorizing $150 and then to write a letter nothing that --> USD $150 has been paid by credit card [faxed to USPTO], with a clear instruction to take the $2350 from deposit account number '12345'
Would that work?
ThanksBill
