[Patentpractice] impossible to place a telephone call to China?

Thank you for posting this Sippio web page.  I don't really understand 
the things that Sippio says on this page, but the general impression one 
gets from the Sippio web page is that two or three independent issues 
are presenting themselves for telephone calls to and from China and to 
and from Chinese telephone numbers (DIDs).  Again thank you for posting it.
