[Patentpractice] Customer Numbers

Not sure exactly that use case, but I know that they can obtain a USPTO
Customer Number. Not sure if the /firm/Â using it might be unauthorized
practice of law ... but I'm thinking Fee Address shouldn't be a problem
just for notification purposes. Hoping others chime in here.
