[Patentpractice] Patentcrapper saying "viewed by" when it hasn't been viewed

Maybe someone else has written about this and I've forgotten, if so I
apologize.

Filed a provisional application. PTO issued the filing receipt, along with
the "welcome letter". I downloaded the receipt but didn't touch the welcome
letter. But PC is showing both the filing receipt and welcome letter as
having been viewed by me.

Yet another nice touch from the USPTO.
