[Patentpractice] UPDATE FOR --> ADS forms --> importing data into/exporting data from using Adobe does NOT work ['security settings'] AIA00014.pdf

This was Adobe (and I just gave them $20 for one month).I found ANOTHER tool --> Tungsten/Kofax.
It just WORKED and a much better interface.
Now I need to cancel my subscription to Adobe

I just bought an Adobe subscription --- $$$$ -- since the Adobe free reader does not support this.I have zero experience in this.
The (not intuitive) Adobe interface tells me to go to "prepare forms" and then "create forms"I did this and I am told that "You cannot edit this form due to security settings"
>From Adobe, the security of the ADS [AIA00014.pdf] says that "changing the form" is NOT allowed even though it also lists the security method as "no security"
I remember from a number of years ago that folks COULD do this.
Did the USPTO shut this down??? 
I do NOT want to use online ADS forms.
