[Patentpractice] USPTO launches new AI Pilot for pre-examination utility application search

Is there a reason we need a patent office to do this if we can just do 
it beforehand? Unless the patent office is willing to 'stick to it' I 
think their help is minimal compared to running a search using a tool 
like Moat Metrics or IPRally.
