[Patentpractice] What's minimum font size for drawings?

37 CFR ยง 1.84(p)(1) says text in drawings must be 1/8 inch high.   At 72
points to the inch, that's 9 point.  But after leaving room for descenders
and inter-line spacing, I assume that 9 point is too small.
Has anyone figured out what point size I need to ask for from my formal
drawings guy?   Thanks
