[Pct] USPTO conf. no. for filing chap. II demand for an app. filed with the IB

I filed a PCT application with the IB.

Now, I want to file a Chapter II Demand with the USPTO.

To file a Demand with the USPTO, I need a USPTO confirmation number.

However, the USPTO never issued a confirmation number because I filed with
the IB.

The IB issued a DAS access code for my IB PCT application, but this code
does not work as a USPTO confirmation number.

When I look up my PCT application in the USPTO Patent Center, it says, "The
data for this international application is not available. Additional
links:" and a link to its publication on the WIPO site.

I don't think the IB issues any codes besides the DAS access code...

I probably will resort to filing by fax, but is there a way to make EFS
accept my Chapter II Demand?
