Dear ListServ Members:
Apologies for a rudimentary question, but I have not yet encountered this situation. We have a European applicant that has an office in the US. For a few reasons, we would like to file the PCT application with RO/US rather than RO/IB. Is establishing competency of the US as Receiving Office as simple as indicating "US" in the "State of Residence" field of the Applicant Box (Box II) of the Request? I don't see a spot to enter their US office address as a way of providing evidence of the US residence.
Many thanks in advance for your input.
Kind Regards,Mary LaMorte
