[Pct] ePCT change of applicant

I don't remember exactly what I did. (That's the way it is after you try
bunches of different things, none of which seem to be right, and finally
you just give up and do something that seems wrong.)
I think what I ended up with was two steps:
1. ePCT > Documents > Upload > IB > Assignment. Then submit. One
transaction.
2(a). Then Actions > 92bis > ADD a second applicant (rather than
CHANGE the existing
applicant)
I don't know whether this will work, since there's no
assignment doc in support of this
92bis change to applicant, because ePCT won't let me upload
an Assignment (to my
way of thinking, that's a bug -- it seems more than passing
strange that I can't upload
an Assignment in support of a change of applicant. In fact,
it seems odd to me that
ePCT would ever let me change applicant *without* a
supporting doc.)
I don't know whether this will work, because on its face, I
have now requested two
applicants in parallel, rather than a CHANGE.
2(b) Then Actions > 92bis > change AGENT
For this, I can upload a Power of Attorney
2(c) I eventually got to "Submit" for this second transaction. But
I don't remember how. For a couple things I tried, I couldn't sign (I
have no signature authority on behalf of the old applicant or old agent).
Eventually I got to something that allowed me to sign, and at this point I
was no longer letting "that seems right" get in the way of "Be done. Kill
them all and let God sort it out." So I signed it and hit Submit. And I
have no idea whether it'll be accepted.
