[Patentcenter] Problem with Patent Center preview of IDS Certification page.

I had the same problem with the checkboxes in an RCE form this morning. They do not appear in the preview but do appear in the downloaded file. It could be systemic of all checkboxes in all the USPTO's pdf forms.

The checked boxes of an IDS Certification page did NOT display as being
checked when previewed on Patent Center prior to submission, although
that Certification page in the submitted IDS in the IFW is marked as
intended.
