[Patentcenter] Problem with Patent Center preview of IDS Certification page.

I can give you some snapshots.

Here is the typical top section of the IDS form that does not show in the preview:

Here is the certification statement in the preview:

Here is the certification statement when I download the document:

When filing a large IDS (with many documents) I don’t want to download all because that fails. I want an accurate preview of what I have uploaded.

Attached is a copy of the Certification page, for which the checked boxes were not checked during the Patent Center preview.

I did not capture a screenshot, thinking that if necessary, this could be resubmitted later; and did not waste any time on this.  I subsequently verified that the IDS was correct in the IFW.

If I encounter this problem again, I will capture a screenshot.
