[Patentcenter] ADS upload issues - OK message

Ashley,
I think this is a species of the same issue I had in September. It refused
to allow either the uploaded ADS or the web ADS if I used the proper
priority.
The agent first suggested I use EFS (I pointed out (i) that would mean
starting over and (ii) what was he going to say in a month or so?) then
suggested using the third option. That one did work.
