[E-trademarks] Reviewing ChatGPT Documents

I haven't encountered it, but I think I'd be happy to do it. I use
ChatGPT as the first draft for sections of an agreement I might want to
add, and I've used it for short agreements. I then, for the most part,
heavily edit them because I have the subject matter expertise, but it's
a good way to get over writer's block or spend time on a search engine
looking for, for example, the specific indemnification terms you'd like
to include (which you're then going to heavily edit too). You might
learn from it and your client might find out that the cost for you to
edit is the same as if you had provided it to start. The good news is
that they're not trusting ChatGPT and are still coming to you for the
reality check, so I wouldn't discourage that.

I also think agreements may be where ChatGPT might excel; the work is
language-based, there is probably a very high volume used for training,
and the language in them is very formulaic, which I think would make an
agreement right in ChatGPT's wheelhouse. I wouldn't rely on it for
substantive law questions though, it has given me /very/ wrong answers
there.
