[E-trademarks] Notification of Notice of Publication

On Safari, once the Office Action loads, you still have to click on this click down box and reselect “Office Action”  “Examiner’s Amendment” or “Final Office Action.”  And then it will load like it has in the past.    No need to download the PDF unless you want to cut and paste of out a PDF.

I have found that the emailed links for Office Actions and Examiner's Amendments have not worked for months, converting the former one step click-the-link for a download into four steps of copying the serial number, going to TSDR, pasting, and then being able to download the communication.

Is EVERYTHING broken at the USPTO? Could they possibly stop doing their stupid community outreach programs and trying to implement tools that we don’t need or want and maybe just get their basic operations running smoothly?
