[E-trademarks] New Search System: Cannot Reliably Combine Search Results

The problem may be that you are trying to combine sets with the drop-down
box set to "Search by field tag." When I changed the drop-down box setting
to "Search by all," after searching by field tags, I was able to combine
sets.

A better Help page is badly needed.
