[E-trademarks] Sad News to Start the Year

I interacted with Nils in one situation.  He was on the opposite side of 
one of my litigations, many years ago.  And he was a true attorney and 
counselor at law.  The kind of adversary that you would feel good 
about.  Invariably communicating faithfully and clearly and in good 
faith with his adversary and with the court. He gave his energy to 
"getting the right answer" in a way that respected his own client's 
interests (of course) but that also respected the Court.  A credit to 
the profession in these ways and many other ways.
