[E-trademarks] Well this is a new (type of) USPTO failure

I don't even know what's happening, but I just clicked the "Send this Text
Form to the authorized signatory(ies) to request e-signature(s)" button and
was waiting for the email to send.
Re-ran it and it worked, though.
