[E-trademarks] off topic help request in MA

Dear colleagues,

 

Please excuse my off-top request! 

 

If you are in Massachusetts and you or someone in your office can answer a
couple of really quick MA corporate tax questions (business excise tax),
could you please talk to me on the phone for 5 minutes? I rarely get to deal
with corp tax issues, and it should be a no brainer for someone practicing
in this area. The issue arose for a tiny company, I would be very grateful
for your help.
