[E-trademarks] Seeking help regarding affected trademark filers

Hi all,

The "where you sleep at night" issue is still a live one - if you have a 
client or clients whose privacy interests were affected by the rule in a 
significant/sympathetic way (for example clients who didn't file 
applications altogether because they were worried about disclosing their 
personal information, or had to take extra steps or extra expense to 
preserve their privacy to file an application), please reply off-list. I 
don't need to know who the person was (and won't ever need to contact 
them), I'm looking for lawyers who might be willing to relate the story 
of how their applicants are being affected.
