[E-trademarks] SOU processing time

So many SOUs, Section 7 requests, etc., all getting “stuck.” For SOUs it’s particularly a problem when you file the insurance extension after filing the SOU. It’s been our experience over the past year that when the later-filed insurance extension is granted, the SOU gets pushed out into a black hole. It can two or three calls to the examiner and the Assistance Center to get it back on track.
It’s frustrating that they continue to roll-out new procedures before they fix the broken ones.

But I had one that had been “stuck” since May. I reached out to the Examining Attorney and he got it “unstuck.” He emailed me last week to say he was reviewing it, but I still haven’t gotten anything.

Hello – What are folks seeing as average processing times for a statement of use? The “wait times” part of the USPTO site says the average is 57 days, but we have one that’s been pending for over 100. I feel like I’ve definitely seen longer but client is asking so was curious.
